LULA AND MANGO

Hi we are Silvia and Helena and we wrote this hisotry of Lula and Mango. We hope you like it.

LULA AND MANGO

We were in a bingo and suddenly Helena said:

- Bingooo!!!

In this bingo we won a trip to the Amazon tropical rainforest. We were so excited and happy! Immediately we went to the airport and we took the plane.

When we arrived in the tropical rainforest, we went to take a trip when suddenly we met two gorillas near the river, the mother Lula and his son Mango. They were tired and the mother had the leg wounded and she was lame.

Before they reached the river they passed a long adventure:

Now, Lula and Mango are living very happy in the Amazon tropical rainforest and twice a year we visit them.

One Sunday in the afternoon Lula and Mango were playing in the jungle, when suddenly a group of hunters appeared. The hunters wanted to catch animals to do pieces of clothes with their skin. They came closer to the gorillas to catch them, the gorillas Lula and Mango began to run. They ran and ran but the hunters went faster than the gorillas because they went by car. Lula jumped with Mango into the trees and the hunters began to shoot them. The gorillas climbed very high and the shots of the hunters never touched them except one shot that touched the gorilla Lula. When the hunters left, Lula and Mango went down to look for water for the Lula’s wound. They arrived in a river and at the same moment we arrived. We saw the Lula’s wound and we decided to bring her to a veterinary. Then we denounced the hunters for shooting a gorilla. Some months later the police caught the hunters and now they are in the prison.

PRESTIGE AND KEN

Last summer holidays we stayed in a hotel in Brazil. We discused where we would go tomorrow, finally we decided where we would go the next day.

-We could go to the rainforest.-said Madeline.

-Oh yes, I agree.-said Anna.

-Me too.-said Queralt.

-Do we have to get up early?-asked Madeline.

-Yes, because we have to make the most of the day.-said Anna.

Next morning at 7.00 o’clock we got up. Then we had breakfast and we went to our car. Queralt was driving. Soon we arrived in Amazon Rainforest. When we left the car ,we were excited: everything was green, and between the trees there was a female gorilla.

-Oh! Look at that, it’s a little gorilla.- said Anna

-Oh, it’s so beautiful.- said Madeline

-We have to name it.- said Queralt

-I like Shana.-said Madeline

-I don’t like this.- said Anna

-I agree with you,it’s horrible.-said Queralt

-Okay,and Prestige?.-asked Madeline

-It’s okay.-Said Anna and Queralt

We went closer to Prestige and we touched it. We loved that animal but it seemed sad and depressed. We don’t know why. It started to make a sign for us to go inside the rainforest. We went there to look what happened, and we watched awesome animals like birds, reptiles and others. That was incredible and it seemed a paradise. We didn’t see anything strange. Prestige was still sad and depressed and we took our car another time. Suddenly Queralt saw another gorilla and Prestige was happy. We run to it, Prestige hugged the other gorilla. We called him Ken. We supposed that it was a partner. Then, they walked into the rainforest and they kissed. They lived happily ever after.

The History of Sheldon Cooper

We found Sheldon in Madagascar. We found him when we were travelling Madagascar to a expedition to save gorillas. When we found Sheldon he was in a cage and Pau and me (Andreu) take a photo of Sheldon because Sheldon is very very beautiful. He was very happy and he wants to stay with us. When we came back to Barcelona a policeman said “This monkey can’t go to Barcelona” And Pau said “ This monkey is very important for us! When we found him, he was in a cage with bars! The policemann says “It’s OK “ And we can fly to Barcelona with Sheldon. Now Pau and me wants to buy a big house with a big garden and trees to put here Sheldon and stay with us and be happy forever.

I'M NOT SO STRANGE

Duke lives in Madagascar’s rainforest. He hasn’t got family, because his mother died when he was born and his father died one year ago, because he was ill. Now, Duke is ill too. He has got a very bad disease and the people of the rainforest decide to take him to Central Africa’s Rainforest, because there he can be healthy again. After a few days he arrives to Central Africa. He travelled in a plane, and the young gorilla is more ill. In the clinic the doctors save his life. After some time, once cured, the people bring Duke to the Natural Reserve of this country. In it, he feels bad, because he is “black” and other orangutans are “white”. The other orangutans don’t want to be his friends. Yesterday, he was alone, but today he met Bulma. Bulma is a very nice and frien

dly gorilla. Now, they spend all their time together. They are best friends. They are entertained very well.

But one day, the Reserve people catch them and bring them to the zoo. They are different, so they put the orangutans in different cells. Duke wants to see Bulma and Bulma wants to see Duke.

They are sad and can’t do anything. The zoo people have got an idea. “If we put them together, will it be better?” They are better together, and now they are very funny. They have got two small orangutans, one black and one white. They are really very happy now.

THE FIRST MEETING OF COCO

We went to Amazonia because we are studying the plants and the animals. While we were in the jungle we found some people. These people look after the monkeys. One person said to us <>. We accepted. The name of the man is Hululu. And we introduced ourselves<< My name is Laura and she is Anna>>. We arrived at the baby’s room. Hululu asked us <>. We said << Why? >>. And he said << The problem is that the Campus Monkey can’t look after this gorilla because I leave Amazonia and I go to EEUU for a new better job>>. We said << Ok! But… Do we have to do anything? >>. Hululu said to us << Yes… You have to live in the Amazonia…Would you like it? >>. We were thinking more or less for 5 minutes. We thought that we have to stay in the jungle because we study here and we accepted. We went through different adventures and now we are the bosses of the Hululu’s Campus. The baby monkey’s name is Coco and he is ours. We study the gorillas at the Campus and we are very happy to live here.

THE STORY OF WILLIAM

We went to a Rainforest with other people. One day we hiked into South Asian Rainforest and we got lost, and we met a small gorilla. We liked it very much and we fell in love and we decided to give him a name, William.

He began to walk, we followed him. He was very beautiful! William lay and with leaves he slept there!!! As we saw that nobody was with him, we wanted to take him with us, but it was not possible.

The day came we had to go back to Barcelona, Catalonia. We decided to take William with us.When we arrived in Catalonia without him we greatly missed him and then, in that situation we decided to adopt him. We ran to the social servers and we filled the forms.

William is ours!!

I'm very happy to meet you in this blog.

First things first: We must be thankful to Ramon Vendrell who prepared this blog and invites us to participate. Thanks Ramon! You've done a good job.
